Uber promo codes

With the recent suspension of UBER issued by the LTFRB it follows that no promo codes are forthcoming for at least a month.  Boo, LTFRB!

The trains keep breaking down, jeeps are hazardous, buses are no better.  Preventing UBER from operating does not fix the situation.  If anything, you just made it worse. 🙁
