MOLD Manila, the best non-surgical aesthetic clinic in White Plains and Baesa, Quezon City, proudly announces its Pre-Holiday Skincare Prep Campaign, a seasonal initiative designed to help clients look radiant, refreshed, and confident for the festive season. Through science-backed treatments such as rejuvenating facials, skin boosters, and contouring solutions, the campaign encourages clients to begin their glow-up journey early — ensuring luminous skin and body confidence by December.
Manila, Philippines – October 2025 — The most wonderful time of the year is approaching, and with it comes the excitement of reunions, holiday parties, and countless photo moments. To help clients feel their most confident this season, MOLD Manila, the best non-surgical aesthetic clinic in White Plains and Baesa, Quezon City, has officially launched its Pre-Holiday Skincare Prep Campaign.
This limited-time campaign features a selection of MOLD Manila’s most sought-after treatments — each one designed to deliver safe, visible results without surgery or extended downtime. By combining science-based procedures with personalized care, MOLD Manila empowers clients to achieve refreshed, glowing skin and enhanced body confidence in time for the festivities.
“The holidays are all about confidence and connection, and we want our clients to feel their most radiant,” said Adrielle Costales, Founder and CEO of MOLD Manila. “By starting treatments in October or November, clients can maximize results and step into December looking fresh, youthful, and ready for every celebration.”
A Head Start on the Holiday Glow
MOLD Manila’s Pre-Holiday Skincare Prep Campaign emphasizes the importance of starting early. Many of the clinic’s rejuvenation and contouring treatments work gradually — stimulating collagen, improving hydration, and refining texture over several weeks. Beginning in October or November ensures that by the time the holidays arrive, clients can enjoy the full, natural-looking results of their treatments.
Whether preparing for a corporate gathering, a long-awaited reunion, or year-end travels, clients can choose from MOLD Manila’s tailored, non-surgical solutions that target dullness, dehydration, uneven tone, and fatigue — common skin concerns during the holiday rush.
Key Features of the Pre-Holiday Skincare Prep Campaign
1. Skin Rejuvenation Treatments
Healthy skin renewal begins with targeted rejuvenation. MOLD Manila offers chemical peels, microneedling, and laser facials to stimulate cell turnover, improve texture, and restore luminosity. These treatments gently resurface the skin, helping fade fine lines, smooth uneven tone, and unveil a youthful glow.
“Our goal is to bring back vitality to tired skin,” shares Adrielle. “With regular sessions, clients can expect visibly brighter and healthier skin that photographs beautifully during the holidays.”
2. Skin Boosters for Deep Hydration
For that “lit-from-within” radiance, MOLD Manila’s hyaluronic acid-based skin boosters work from beneath the surface to rehydrate, plump, and smooth the skin. These microinjections deliver hydration directly to the dermis, improving elasticity and giving the complexion a fresh, dewy finish.
“Our skin boosters are perfect for clients who want to restore glow without downtime,” Adrielle adds. “It’s one of our most popular treatments before the holiday season because it delivers results that look effortless.”
3. Body Contouring and Sculpting
To help clients feel confident in their party outfits or swimwear for year-end getaways, MOLD Manila’s non-invasive contouring treatments offer gentle, effective toning. These procedures help tighten and refine body contours — giving clients a smoother, more defined silhouette without surgery.
“Our body treatments are about refinement and self-assurance,” says Adrielle. “We’re not changing who you are — we’re enhancing your natural form so you can move through the holidays feeling your absolute best.”
4. Brightening and Pigment Control
Even skin tone is one of the hallmarks of a radiant complexion. MOLD Manila’s brightening and pigment-correcting treatments address sun damage, dark spots, and uneven tone through medically guided protocols. The result is skin that looks more luminous, balanced, and glowing under any lighting.
5. Relaxation and Self-Care Sessions
In the spirit of holiday wellness, MOLD Manila also encourages clients to indulge in facials and wellness sessions designed to calm the mind while rejuvenating the skin. These relaxing treatments combine the clinic’s signature care with a serene atmosphere — offering a much-needed escape from the stress of the season.
Why Timing Matters
Aesthetic experts agree that visible, long-lasting results don’t happen overnight. Procedures like microneedling, skin boosters, and peels require a few weeks for the skin to renew and reveal its best glow. By booking in October or November, clients give their skin the chance to heal and reach peak radiance just in time for December festivities.
Early preparation also allows for customized treatment planning, a core part of MOLD Manila’s approach. Every client undergoes an initial consultation where their skin type, goals, and schedules are considered — ensuring that all procedures work harmoniously together for optimal outcomes.
“At MOLD Manila, we believe beauty prep should be both effortless and effective,” Adrielle explains. “The earlier clients start, the more time their skin has to regenerate naturally — no rush, no panic appointments, just healthy, confident results.”
The MOLD Manila Difference
As the best non-surgical aesthetic clinic in White Plains and Baesa, Quezon City, MOLD Manila continues to redefine beauty through integrity, science, and artistry. Each treatment is administered by trained professionals and supported by medical-grade technologies — ensuring that safety and efficacy are never compromised.
From its thoughtfully designed interiors to its personalized aftercare guidance, every detail at MOLD Manila reflects a commitment to quality and trust. Clients appreciate not just the visible improvements to their skin and body, but also the clinic’s transparency and genuine care.
“Our clients come to us for more than results,” Adrielle shares. “They come for reassurance — knowing that their treatments are designed for their specific needs, not driven by trends or overpromises.”
Holiday Confidence Starts Here
MOLD Manila’s Pre-Holiday Skincare Prep Campaign perfectly captures the brand’s philosophy: beauty that’s natural, confident, and rooted in science. Whether through rejuvenating facials, advanced skin boosters, or non-surgical contouring, the clinic invites clients to experience the transformative power of preparation — glowing from the inside out as the holidays arrive.
Appointments for the campaign are now open at MOLD Manila White Plains and MOLD Manila Baesa. Clients are encouraged to book early to secure their preferred schedules before the December rush.
“This campaign isn’t just about glowing for the holidays,” Adrielle concludes. “It’s about starting a new year with renewed confidence — proof that when you invest in your skin early, it shows.”

MANILA, Philippines – October 28, 2025 – Reelist8, a Philippine financial technology company for the real estate sector, today announced a direct solution to the nation’s housing affordability crisis with the launch of its AI-powered ecosystem, a new path for Filipinos to own a home for as little as 0.5% equity.
Reelist8 will officially launch the ecosystem at its landmark summit, “Unlock Reelist8 – Housing Liquidity in the Age of AI: Affordable Homeownership thru Technology,” on November 14, 2025 at Acceler8 Legazpi, Makati City.
The ecosystem’s proprietary AI directly enables its most groundbreaking offering: an innovative financing product that creates a path to homeownership for as little as 0.5% equity for qualified buyers, subject to terms and approval.
The technology stack is designed to solve two of the industry’s biggest challenges: it empowers sellers and partners by turning idle inventory into cash-generating assets, and it provides buyers with a tangible, affordable path to a move-in ready home.
“Beyond building apps, we’ve built an actual end-to-end ecosystem that finally connects the dots for everyone in real estate,” said Marianne Dela Cruz, CEO and Chief Product Officer of Reelist8. “Our mission is to provide a clear, reliable path for more people to own a home. This ecosystem, including our new financing capabilities, is that path.”
The ecosystem includes a suite of integrated applications, such as PropertyAuctions.ph for investors and buyers to discover and win below market value deals through auctions, and Buildin, an all-in-one project management tool turning floor plans into priced takeoffs instantly for contractors and designers.
“This is a win-win for the entire industry,” said Borj de Borja, COO and Chief Revenue Officer. “Our ecosystem unlocks value for our bank and developer partners, empowers professionals with world-class tools, and, most importantly, provides real, accessible opportunities for homebuyers. We are creating a more efficient and liquid real estate market for everyone.”
The summit, held in partnership with Philippine Startup Week, will feature keynotes from Reelist8 leadership about spotting deals in foreclosed assets and in live auctions, as well as DOST PCIEERD. It will also host a celebrity fireside chat on investment and market trends, moderated by Ms. Anne Feo, with confirmed panelists Alma Concepcion (Real Estate Investor & Interior Designer) and Ynez Veneracion (Investor & Entrepreneur). The event is also pleased to have invited “Pambansang Wealth Coach” Chinkee Tan to join the expert panel.
Following the on-site summit, Reelist8 will host two free, specialized online workshops on November 21 and 25, 2025 to onboard global users:
PropertyAuctions.ph Demo: For investors and buyers to find and bid on exclusive properties.
Buildin Demo: For contractors and designers to manage projects with 2D-3D modeling, invoicing, and team communications.
Admission to the “Unlock Reelist8” summit is free, but registration is essential as seats are strictly limited.

While corruption scandals dominate national headlines, one city decided to fight back — quietly, intelligently, and without fanfare. Naga City just made history as the first local government in the Philippines to deploy a full-scale, AI-powered anti-corruption system — a groundbreaking innovation built entirely by Filipino StartUp founders, scientists and innovators determined to make corruption impossible before it starts. Under the visionary leadership of Mayor Leni, Naga didn’t wait for directives or debates. Instead, it built a system that turns transparency into technology — ensuring that every project, every peso, and every promise is tracked, verified, and delivered with integrity. The platform, first unveiled at the Asian Institute of Management during the Masters in Innovation and Business Demo Day on September 2, 2023, represents a turning point in Philippine governance — where honesty is not just a virtue, but a system. No politics. No noise. Just proof that good governance can be engineered. And as others continue to talk about reform, Naga quietly showed the nation what it actually looks like.
In a time when corruption scandals are making headlines across the nation, one city is quietly making history.
Known as the Home of the Center for Good Governance, Naga City, under the visionary leadership of Mayor Leni Robredo, has once again proven that good governance isn’t just a slogan — it’s a system, a standard, and a soul deeply rooted in Nagueños.
While much of the country was gripped by the nationwide flood control scandal, Naga City became the first LGU to act decisively — by adopting a revolutionary technology designed to end corruption before it even begins.
That innovation is called CENTRO — the first-ever 100% Filipino-developed anti-corruption and governance technology, created by a team of young Filipino scientists and innovators from PhilCentro Technologies, Inc.
Originally a Capstone Project from the Asian Institute of Management (AIM), CENTRO was first launched at AIM in 2023, and has since evolved into a full-scale civic technology platform built to ensure that every project, every peso, and every promise made to the people is tracked, verified, and delivered with transparency.
“This is more than innovation. This is integrity in motion,” said Mayor Leni, as she emphasized that Naga’s partnership with CENTRO is not a reaction to scandal — but a proactive declaration that transparency and accountability are non-negotiable pillars of governance.
Naga citizens can now witness governance in real-time — tracking project progress, monitoring fund usage, and validating completion. This milestone makes Naga City the first local government in Philippine history to implement a full-spectrum digital anti-corruption system from start to finish.
For Local Government Units (LGUs), the implications are transformative. With ProTrak, mayors and administrators gain data-driven visibility across departments, automatic compliance and generation of reports with standards such as the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 12009, and the ability to monitor every peso and project in real time. It simplifies decision-making, reduces bureaucratic waste, and builds a transparent record of performance — a technological safeguard against corruption and inefficiency..
Had a system like ProTrak been adopted nationwide earlier, experts believe the Flood Control controversy could have been prevented — or, at the very least, fully transparent to the public. The trillions of pesos now under scrutiny could have instead been allocated toward education, health, food security, innovation, and livelihood programs that directly improve the lives of ordinary Filipinos.
The system harnesses the power of Filipino-made Artificial Intelligence (AI) and localized Blockchain technology, developed in collaboration with AIRA AI Labs — a leading research and development center specializing in applied AI for governance, automation, and civic systems.
AIRA AI Labs provides the system’s analytical core — enabling ProTrak to process complex data across multiple departments in real time. Through advanced machine learning, the system can identify inefficiencies, predict potential project delays or compliance risks, and recommend corrective actions long before issues escalate. This predictive capacity empowers local governments to shift from reactive governance to proactive management — preventing misuse of resources before it happens.
Complementing this intelligence layer is a locally developed Blockchain framework that ensures data immutability, accountability, and trust. Every project milestone, transaction, and approval logged through ProTrak is permanently recorded on a tamper-proof ledger — safeguarding public funds from alteration and making every process auditable to the public and regulatory bodies alike.
Together, with CENTRO, AIRA’s AI engine and the local Blockchain system create a two-fold defense against corruption: one that analyzes governance patterns to prevent misconduct, and another that makes any attempt at manipulation immediately traceable. This fusion of AI foresight and Blockchain transparency represents the next evolution of digital governance — not only modernizing public administration, but embedding integrity into its very architecture.
CENTRO’s development and deployment are supported and validated by multiple highly credible institutions and experts from the academe, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and national government agencies (NGAs) — ensuring that its processes, data frameworks, and audit mechanisms meet the highest standards of integrity and compliance.
“The difference,” said Prof. Voxstra Corbett, Founder and CEO of CENTRO, “is that we built this system not to expose corruption after it happens — but to prevent it from ever taking root. The impact of clean governance goes beyond transparency — it builds confidence. When investors see integrity at work, they invest more boldly. That means more jobs, more innovation, and greater convenience for our citizens. It’s not impossible for us to become like Singapore or Japan. It’s about time.”
Through the MyNaga App, available on both Android and iOS, citizens are not just observers but active participants. They can report issues, verify project progress, and contribute directly to oversight — closing the feedback loop between government and the governed.
In essence, ProTrak, powered by AIRA AI Labs and local Blockchain, is more than a management tool — it is a new governance infrastructure that proves good government can be built, secured, and sustained through Filipino innovation.
This move builds on Naga’s longstanding reputation as the Home of the Center for Good Governance, with a legacy of:
· National recognition as a Model LGU for Transparency and Accountability;
· Consistent compliance with the Full Disclosure Policy of the DILG; and
· Citizen-led digital participation initiatives that inspired the CENTRO framework itself.
The announcement has since ignited national conversation, with Filipinos expressing pride and hope in seeing a local government lead by example — one that governs with both technology and integrity.
As the rest of the nation wrestles with accountability, Naga City quietly set the new standard.
And in doing so, it reminds us all that the future of good governance doesn’t begin somewhere else—It begins in Naga.

Manila, Philippines, October 28, 2025 — On October 11, 2025, something truly extraordinary took place. As the sun shone down on Bridgetowne Open Grounds, Blackout Manila redefined the festival experience for thousands of people.
At every corner of the venue, there was an activity for everyone. Gamers could meet their favorite creators and sample their merch, participate in Beyblade tournaments, play retro games and board games, groove to Just Dance, and more. One’s artistic side was spoiled for choice as attractions such as nail art, tattoo artists, sticker vendors, and the offerings of Guhit Pinas and Patrons of the Arts.
Attendees had no shortage of entertainment at the center of the venue thanks to the thrilling booths of the event’s main sponsors. Lootbox offered arcade games, and a meet and greet with legendary players Yawi, H2WO, Sumpak, and Renejay. Lootbox also gave artists the chance to show off their creativity as they turned the Lootbox booth into a giant mural.
The Anichess booth offered the opportunity to demo the genre morphing digital chess game officially endorsed by titans of the pro chess world in Magnus Carlsen and Anish Giri while the myriad minigames at the Tevi booth gave hopefuls the chance to win generous cash prizes.
Bolstering all this was Ginebra San Miguel Inc.’s Versatile Bar & Lounge, allowing attendees to beat the heat with refreshments and try out creative cocktails crafted with Ginebra San Miguel, GSM Blue, GSM Premium Gin, Antonov Vodka and Primera Light Brandy.
Their lineup of cocktails cleverly incorporated the above-mentioned liquors into unique blends that celebrated video game culture and artistry such as Level Up Lime, Blacklist Elixir, Savage Mix, and Inferno Burst.
There was no shortage of action on the main stage either as a multitude of musical acts hyped the crowd hour after hour. The day began with a variety of bands, from heavy metal to alternative rock. As the day went on, fans were treated to more musical styles from hip-hop to pop, as well as novelty acts including pro wrestling cosplay.
The main event of the evening began with the lineup of P-pop artists including KAIA, 1st One, New:ID, and 6ENSE. The idols lit up the stage, showcasing the rising talent in the growing P-pop scene. Headlining act Iyaz sent the event into a frenzy as he played his hit songs ‘Solo’ and ‘Replay’ amidst other crowd pleasers.
Capping off night were some of the hottest DJs in the local scene right now including Bandit, Patty Tiu, Jonnel Trinidad, Carla Cray, Sigrid, and Rolf who kept the party going into the early morning.
Against all odds, Blackout Manila delivered on its promise of being a place where gaming, music, and arts would collide into a new frontier of entertainment. From top to bottom, from sun out to sun down, the event was a melting pot of cultures and interest spheres, where anyone could feel included and seen. With an atmosphere full of potential, it will be interesting to see where Tier One Entertainment takes this concept moving forward.

Bitget, a leading cryptocurrency exchange platform and Web3 company, announced a historic pivot on its seventh anniversary, officially transitioning from a centralized exchange (CEX) to the world’s first Universal Exchange (UEX).
This fundamental shift is defined by Bitget’s vision to seamlessly integrate centralized, decentralized, and traditional finance, offering unparalleled interoperability across crypto and real-world tokenized assets. The UEX platform is engineered to provide instant access to all on-chain assets, AI-driven trading tools, and a secure, enhanced infrastructure for managing, growing, and transferring wealth without barriers.
“We’re shifting towards providing easier access and clean integration of emerging finance into our daily lives,” said Gracy Chen, Bitget CEO. “As the first UEX, Bitget is bound to lead this transition with tools and products that meet both current and future demands of users worldwide.”
The UEX announcement culminates seven years of consistent growth, highlighted by the company’s anniversary theme, #GearUpTo7. Inspired by the concept of motorcycle champions who “break conventions, as if shifting into a seventh gear that doesn’t really exist,” Chen noted that this mindset is the foundation of the platform’s new strategic direction. “Only by breaking conventions can we move forward at full speed,” she added.
Global Impact and Milestones
The commitment to universal access is reflected in Bitget’s key initiatives and product development over the past year.
Bitget continued its focus on inclusivity through its educational charity projects, Blockchain4Youth and Blockchain4Her. These initiatives have positively impacted over 15,000 youngsters and collaborated with around 60 universities globally. This effort is strengthened by Bitget’s commitment with UNICEF to educate 1 million people on blockchain technology by 2027.
Bitget also demonstrated its technical leadership with progressive milestones, including the introduction of GetAgent, the world’s first all-in-one AI crypto trading assistant. Furthermore, the recent launch of the Bitget Wallet Card in specific Asia-Pacific markets, such as the Philippines, makes crypto spendable in daily life by connecting self-custodied digital assets directly to Mastercard and Visa.
To mark the anniversary, Bitget hosted global celebratory events, including the #GearUpTo7 Sprint Challenge with a $400,000 USDT prize pool, global motorcycle parades, and the inaugural Smart Awards to recognize outstanding traders. The celebration was amplified by an energetic anniversary anthem from crypto music influencer Lil Bubble and a TopGear afterparty.
Bitget’s global brand presence has been significantly extended through high-profile collaborations with football icon Lionel Messi, Italian professional football club Juventus FC, sports league LaLiga, and the UNTOLD music festival, connecting the company with mainstream audiences and global cultural trends, paving the way for the UEX future.
With its shift to a Universal Exchange, Bitget is focused on long-term frameworks that connect users, assets, and markets, setting new standards for security, accessibility, and innovation in the cryptospace and beyond.
