The COJTC, or Certified On-the-Job Training Centre, is a program accredited by the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) in Singapore. It’s designed to institutionalize a structured OJT system, improving the quality of OJT practices in participating organizations. This scheme has been instrumental in training an average of 35,000 workers annually, uplifting the skill level of the workforce since its inception.
BUTLER’s achievement in this area highlights our commitment to developing a skilled workforce in-house, ensuring our employees are not only adept at their current roles but also prepared for the evolving demands of the industry. The COJTC status reflects our high skill level and dedication to the career development of both new and existing employees.
